Yes. We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but every Hypeberry order is carefully packed and ready to brighten someone’s day.

We select fabrics for comfort, movement, durability, and easy care. The exact fabric composition is listed on each product page.

Yes. Hypeberry creates performance-inspired apparel for everyday girlhood. Our pieces are designed to support movement through sports, dance, travel, play, and everyday adventures.

We make every effort to show colors accurately. Slight differences may appear because of photography, lighting, or your device’s screen settings.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Turn garments inside out, use a mild detergent, and avoid bleach and fabric softener. Always follow the care label on the garment.

Air drying is best. If needed, tumble dry on low heat, unless the garment’s care label says otherwise.

Use a cool iron only when needed, and never iron directly over printed designs or logos. Do not dry clean.

Yes. Eligible items may be exchanged once within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags attached. Customers cover shipping for size exchanges unless Hypeberry sent the wrong item or size.

Hypeberry follows an exchange-first policy. Refunds aren’t available for change-of-mind purchases. A refund may be provided when an exchange or replacement cannot reasonably be offered, or when required by Philippine law.

Email hello@thehypeberry.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos. Manufacturing defects are covered by our 30-Day Manufacturing Quality Guarantee. If we made an error or confirm a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the approved replacement and shipping costs.

Hypeberry covers approved shipping costs when we sent the wrong item or confirm a manufacturing defect. Customers cover shipping for size or change-of-mind exchanges.

The guarantee doesn’t cover normal cosmetic wear, improper washing or care, snags, pulls, pilling, abrasion, accidental damage, misuse, alterations, or use outside the garment’s intended purpose.

We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines through JRS Express.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Philippine public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has shipped. Please see our Shipping Policy for the current estimates for Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
