- You received a defective item
- You received the wrong item
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order.

We cannot accept:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Damage caused by improper care or normal wear and tear
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.
